Purchased a 30" Philips TV from Best-Buy in West Dundee approx 5 or so years ago. This past May TV failed, I contacted Philips through there customer service, they recommended a Barrett's Antenna & Service in Carol Stream through our zip code. Barrett's picked this set up on May 21, charged us $89 just to remove this set. Since this set was no longer under warranty we had to pay.
