I ordered a puppy online through Arizonapups.com on July 7th, 2007. I was told by them via email that the weather was too hot to ship the animal and as soon as the weather permitted, I would be receiving the flight information for pick up. When the weather turned cooler I asked if the time was right for shipping. I was then told that there would be another delay with no explanation.
