I saw the ad on MSN about free trial offers from both Dazzlewhite and Cleanwhites. I ordered both only to find that they charged my account for their "monthly membership" where they send you their product. When I called to cancel both, they gave me cancellation numbers and my account was hit for $48.92 and 79.95 !!!
