We ordered a sleeping bag, paid for it with PayPal in Nov 2008. They informed us the bag was on back order for a few weeks so we waited. Then we informed it would be a few more weeks, we waited, this went on until last month 9/2009 when we requested our money back because we couldn't wait any longer. After that they have not responded to us at all. We've send numerous emails, left phone messages, etc. No reply. read full review »
