bait and switch is a common practice in the world of free market but sad to say the wal mart world monopoly also has started to practice some of these same hard sell tactics. For example one of the more common practices of this is to place merchandise over the wrong shelf price as your complaint suggests but the more deceptive practice was disclosed to me by the stores management only after my formal complaint was addressed to him through the CEO MIKE DUKE IN ARK.
