This company has the worst customer service and incompetence I have ever seen. I ordered a scuba bag from there, they said we'd get it by Jan 9. That came and went, no update on their website, no communication as to the delay. When I called they blamed the manufacture, said it would arrive by Jan 16 now. Jan 16 I call, they say it's the manufacturer again and won't arrive their location till Jan 23. This bag was for my son who is in Los Angeles on Xmas break from college in Northern Calif.
