I also had the same bad service as everyone else. I tried using my card and it declined. Went online and notice my credit limit had been changed to $0.00. Then received a vague letter about 2 weeks after they had already closed my account stating that Tribute was discontinuing my program but no real explaination as to why. I called the customer service department to see how this would effect my credit score. I was assured as long as the remaining balance was paid on time monthly, nothing would happen.
