I too purchased from this comapny, a 4pk dvd set for my son. It was a Curious George dvd set for $24.95. I was charged $19.95 2x on top of my purchase price. $19.95 was charged to cancel my membership would you believe. My dvds took 9 days to arrive which were supposed to take 2 days on a free shipping deal. I complained to BBB before I called this company. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I told the phone worker that I had complained about their company. I didn't need to talk to the supevisor because she refunded me $19.95 and $10. I have cancelled my membership and will NOT deal with them again. Demand a refund if it is due to you. read full review »
