If you change your mind about using the Magic Jack, than it is garbage. You can not give or sell this unit to someone because the unit can not be reset, for them to use; you must give all your registered information and password so they can use it under your registered name, and they can not change all this information at all…..This is crazy...Every electronic unit is and must be resettable, why this one is not, because it is a scam and they don't want you to recycle the unit, they want to sell more instead. read full review »
