On Thursday morning, October 7, 2009 I was traveling out of DFW Terminal A Gate 37 and needed to have my shoes shined. I sat and waited for my turn. I am in a wheel chair as my leg is broken and I am unable to walk. The shoe shine guy asked me to climb up into his chair. When I told him I could not, he became angry and told me he would not get on his knees to shine my shoes. I said fine and rolled my chair away.
