Poor Customer Service. They do not respond to emails, phone calls or snail mail. Was shipped a lesser/incorrect product without resolve after 3 months. Its a crap shoot with them, if everything goes smoothly you are okay but any issues at all, there is NO communication. I would suggest surfing for a better retailer, its not worth your time or any potential savings. read full review »
