was contacted by sale person via telephone representing verizon superpages (idearc) w/ offer to do internet ad for my small business. Rep. offered me a two county ad in chicago area for $96.00 per month a six month contract w/ 7th month free. Two months later i erecieve a bill for $400.00. I have talked to several cust. service reps and could not get this resolved. I have also tried to cancel account and just been ignored.
