I purchased a new Benelli over/under shotgun. The salesman disassembled and packed the gun in two pieces inside a case then in a box to leave the store. When I took the gun out of the case at home to reassemble I noticed a crack in the wood prior to reassembly. Being that I paid $1000 for the gun I expected it to be in perfect condition. When I called the store to let them know I was bringing it back the store manager said that they would not take it back, their policy did not allow it.
