The last 3 times I have been in CiCi the place has not been clean. The Napkin holders were very stickey. The some of tables were not very clean. The manger Kris Daniels didn't care if I would eat there. He gave my money back. I asked if the tables and napkin holders to be clean. He took one swip and said it was clean. There were still sticky. He is not a good manger. He acted like it was a hard job keeping it clean. When I told him it was not clean. He said it was. He doesn't know how to keep the resturant clean.
