as of Oct. 9th 2009. I payed 300.00 dollars to TELUS MOBILITY. and they said that I would have to pay 250.00 dollars to get my phone back spoke to a woman that said that she was the manager. BUT!!! when I spoke to Juan! he said. and I QUOTE "There is no manager to speak with" So I am very upset that Telus would let me down like this...As I have been with them since 1998.
