We are harrassed every month. We have never been over 30 days late. We never have the same account representative to speak with. When we ask to speak to a supervisor we are given a man who tells us how uneducated we are and how much smarter he is than us. He demands to know just what we are doing with our money. My husband had a accident and is unable to work I am the only one working. He crushed both his legs and has multiple surg. So we have alot of medical bills.
