Back in June, I contacted a Mr. Paul Lawrence at the above noted company. I needed to start a loan modification application for my home in Reno, NV I was informed by Mr. Lawrence that nothing could be done until I paid $1295.00 to begin the process. I transferred the money from my account to begin the process for the loan modification. I contacted Mr. Lawrence in August and was told that they were in the process of negotiations with the Bank of America, since it was the company that now held my mortgage.
