On June 29th I purchased cell phone for my granddaughter. It was received on July 6th. The phone was not working correctly so I called Letstalk.com for a replacement. I sent the 'problem' phone in FedEx the next morning, it was received in their warehouse the next afternoon. They have had the phone for a week, and I received no notice from them that is was received, or in the process of being processed, nothing.
