I received a 349.00 Dollar bill from sprint stating it needed to be paid or will be sent to collections. It gives an 800 number to call so when I did no one ever answers it goes straight to leave a message and we will call you back. Well I left a message they called back and spoke with my mother and she told them I don't have an account with them, that I go threw embarq, they said ok we will credit her account but she needs to send 89 dollars first.
