I am getting billed from Sprint for 792 text messages (@ .20 each) over and above the 500 that are part of our plan. I am asking Sprint to provide me with a detailed listing of the text messages (just the dates and times) Customer service tells me they cannot. I know other phone companies send a detailed bill to customers - Sprint expects us just to pay the bill and trust that their records are correct.
