I financed several mattresses thru GE Online services. They were to be interest free and if paid before 2 years, no interest, end of payments, end of story.I have never missed a payment, they have always been on time and higher than the minimum payment required. I suddenly received a $350.00 "finance charge". There is no way to contact them, although they do provide a telephone number, which is strictly automated.
