Purely a scam artist. If you don't receive an electronic receipt for your rentals you'll end up being charged $26.10 for every DVD you rented even if you honestly returned them. They will just claim that you never returned them and they have no choice but to charge you for the DVDs. I'm pretty sure there are hundreds if not thousands who have been victimized by this kind of modus operandi by the REDBOX company. BBB (Better Business Bureau) should take action gainst their fraudulent charges to all innocent customers who has been victimized! read full review »
