Too bad I did not read this before scheduling an appointment 3 times with Empire Today!!! I saw the ad on TV numerous times and then again on Clean House so I figured I give them a call. They seemed professional when scheduling an appointment and I was pretty impressed with being able to schedule an appointment on the website. What is unfortunate is that they rescheduled once and then the second time due to the weather. So you think they would show up for the 3rd appointment-NOT!!!
