AT&T recently changed their service agreement from being ruled by tariffs filed with the Public Service Commission to of South Carolina to a Business Service Agreement. The terms of this agreement are very one sided and gives the consumer no protection or recourse without jeoprodizing the termination of service. This service agreement is available on AT&T's website.
