I recently purchased and downloaded the software from tubetilla. The downloader does not perform properly. I tried to reach the support forum and received a message as follows, "Okay faithful users...we're attempting to restore an older backup of the database...news will be posted once we're back!" From what I assume is that this message has been up for awhile now. Can anybody help me with any information or a phone number if possible regarding a refund? read full review »
