Since 2009, Access Savings, LLC has billed us for voicemail services that neither I nor anyone in my family authorized. Supposedly, we signed up for voicemail services. We had them cancel the service twice. But once again, our September phone bill (landline) reflected a charge from Access Savings, LLC in the amount of $16.22. We phoned immediately to cancel and were told that they had a letter from a website proving we'd signed up for the service and the charge was valid.
