i have dealt with assurion several times and the results have all been very negative.poor service, defective replacements, and incoherent service people have been the norm.a total rip-off company that should be investigated for fraudulent business practices.stay away from this scam outfit.verizon uses them because they are cheap, not good.they will cost you more than its worth. read full review »
