I just got released from the columbiana county jail and was calling around trying to get a ride back home. I made 2 phone calls from this pay phone at 12 mins and 14 mins. The pay-phone never told me once on how much the calls were. So they take out $80 dollars from my girlfriends card. WTF..!! Are you serious.?!?!
