My husband fell back on his mortgage due to financial setbacks. We notified wilshire to let them know if we can fill out a hardship form. So they sent us one in 1/07. So in the end of 2/07 I asked them did they look over our hardship form and they said they could not find it so. I said would you please send me another one so they did. I did not receive it until late June.
