Last year we purchased a property in myrtle point oregon from a local realtor, whom were selling for one of many newly created LLC. After contacting real estate broker and agent we were told to go out and look at property to see if we were interested in it. When we went to the home to look at it, the sellers were there doing the last bit of clean up on property and took us thru the home and described to us property lines, and work they had done to the home.
