AOL dial up service is illegally get my credit card information and billed me for the service I never requested. If I want to talk to one of the customer service reps, they always want me to talk to fraud department and I never get to talk to anyone from fraud department. They put me on hold forever. I believe they do this, so people would hang up. Many times, AOL send people with a free trial CD for dialup service.
