I went to the car wash and purchased the $9.00 wash with a $20.00 bill. The machine did not give me my $11.00 in change, so as I was in the actual car wash I called the phone number on the billboard and explained my situation. The woman told me she would put the check in the mail that week, 2.5 weeks later, no check.
