I responded to an ad in a local community newspaper for a business opportunity to help people who unknowingly purchased a vehicle with frame damage. I gave Sam Leath of Encinitas $25, 000 to do this. I was not able to access any of the areas to get this info so I asked for my money back. He agreed but I never received any refund.
