I requested a free sample of Coffe and received 9 shipments of $38.95 each. This was in May. In June I sent 7 1/2 shipments back via UPS and requested a refund. In August I received a partial refund and called the company. They told me that after two billing periods following the date they received the refund request from corporote (July 17, 2009) I could expect the remaining refund of 4 shipments totally $155.80.
