I rented a trailer for our burning man trip for 1 week. From the very beginning they did not do as the contract stated. They only responded after I ask them via email what does a paying customer must do to get a callback? Then I would ad should I call a consumer assistance firm to get a call back? Then they'd get back to me in only a few words "do not threaten us & you are not getting your deposit back" then no other communications.
