Received a bali touring cycle 260 cc. Absolutely no decent instructions of clauses or any other information. I assembled the basic parts such as the mirrors the windshield that was all scratched up. Put the fuses in and started it. I drove it around my neighborhood for a while and it stalled. Let me remind you the lights did not work and the radio did not work. I called them regarding wires hanging out from the lights and all new sports said to push them in for that was for meant for other mirrors that was defective.
