Ordered window for my camper shell on 5/21/07. Chris said it would be delivered following Tuesday. Heard nothing that week or the following week. I called back and Chris didn't seem to remember me. After several minutes on hold, he said factory hadn't delivered yet; however, the window would be in following Tuesday. Following week nothing again. After 3-4 weeks I said forget it.
