After ordering flowers for a relative who was very sick, I received, one month later, a charge for $38.99 from TLC Live Well. I don't know who they are or what the charge is for. It was charged in addition to what I paid for the flowers. I think 1-800-flowers.com should be responsible for the companies they share cc info with and should issue the refund since everything happened through their website! read full review »
