i have been a loyal tmobile customer for over 2 years now. i have never been late with a payment or missed a payment. i have bad credit and t mobile said i had to have a flex pay account when i signed up 2 years ago. i was totally fine with that based on my credit, but after more than 2 years of flawless payment history, they still say i dont qualify to move to a regular plan instead of a pre paid plan. the kicker is then keep sending me texts and when i called customer service about the whole sidekick fiasco, the say for being a loyal... read full review »
