Tom McGeehan from national mortgage mod insisted he could help me modify my mortgage with AHMSI. Said they modified hundreds of mortgages with them. Told me ahmsi didn't participate in Making Homes Affordable. Before I paid them Tom was very responsive but once he got paid communication stopped not to mention magically ahmsi did participate in Making Homes Affordable. Tom said this change happened 3 weeks ago. AHMSI said they participated from the start. Now I am out $750 and still have an unmodified mortgage. read full review »
