i to have had hcc surety willfully misrepresent fact and lies. when i called them on it the refused to comment or respond in writing but did treaten litigation. this company made a clerical error and acknowledge it initially. two year later the have sent me to collections in order to collect premiums from 04, initially they felt i benefited from there error therefor i should pay. know hcc is claiming i did not pay 04-07. i have explained to several rep. i cancelled my policy because i was paying 70.oo a year and when my bonding company wa... read full review »
