They called this morning -10-12-09, they stated there was a arrest warrant out for criminal crimes I committed by not paying back the loan they said they depositied. I went straight to my bank and checked for any deposits in my savings and nothing. I spoke to a lawyer and he stated they violated the FDCPA and not to pay them a penny.
