Similar to another complaint on this board, I was significantly overcharged by $800 for packing materials, namely shrink wrap. Items were wrapped that didn’t need to be, and I was charged $25 PER ITEM for shrink wrap. Wrapping the item in a blanket and taped would have been fine, but they insisted on using shrink wrap. That’s the scam they use to overcharge you. Also, I was charged the additional time it took to shrink wrap the items which added an extra two hours to the move or $260. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
