In the year 1999 or 2000 my friend and I payed the 500.00 fee, but when we called our coach for help she was no longer employed by this company! My wife was diagnosed with heart problems and I had to devote a majority of my time to taking her back and forth to doctor appointments. Subseqently she was in and out of an ICU unit for about a year. In the meantime I was still making my monthly payments and was never late. When I called for help getting started again, I was told that my account was no longer active and had to pay the fee again to be reinstated.
