DirecTV extended my contract without notification. I filed a BBB complaint and they LIED flat out saying that I was advised of at the time of contract extension in writing and verbally. Neither of which occurred. Conveniently they claim they could not locate the phone call in which this alleged agreement occurred nor can they find the so called documents that they sent out. I have seen similar complaints about such tactics in here.
