Downloaded the software to get a specific driver required for the DVD player on my Gateway PC. After purchasing and trying to download it would not find the needed driver. Went online to request a credit based on the 30 day money back guarantee. Submitted the request and three times someone has emailed me to ask what the problem is. Have answered three times.
