I order the trial offer and on 12/26/08, three days after I received the product, they charged my account $87.13 twice. I called them on the 27th and Janet, that is who I spoke to told me that the account will be cancel and I will received a full refund and on 01.5.09 they again charged my account with another $87.13. I called them back and I spoke to Kim, who refuse to give me the credit and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. I continue to call but to no avail. I can I do? read full review »
