I was checkingout their website for a body cream, and as I was closing out, a pop of a live chat offered me reduced shipping of only 2.99. As of today that charge never appeard on my credit card AND I never received an email confirmation of my supposed order, thus I assumed my order hadn't gone thru. 1 week later tha merchandise appears in my mail AND I am charged 49.99. I call to cancel this subscription, but I am told my 2nd sipment of this thing already shipped and I canot refuse it because they don't take back refused shipments?... read full review »
