Why does Mcdonald's have the screen that confirms your order, as you place it, when in the drive thru? This story all took place in a matter of 30 minutes. My husband placed a simple order for a value meal and other items. After watching the order and seeing it was correct on the screen. He picked up the order. It was missing fries and we finally found out it was missing the 10 piece chicken nuggets out of the meal. We were given a Big Mac instead.
