I had worked for this company since 06/18/08 to 10/5/09. I feel treated unfairly about my termination.But the point is when they let me go I had 50.5 hours of vaction time left. Both my Boss and his boss said i would get it because i earned it. I got a check in the mail for one day of work and was wondering why my vaction pay wasnt on there.So i called HR and asked if I was gonna get that money.She told me NO!!! I asked why she said it was because i was terminated and they didnt have to pay me that money for that reason. She said that was in the employee hand book.
